Single timber lodges are designed to be allowed on most parks:
Costa Difference Ltd in Spain are already well known for the Park Lodge Homes they design to go onto residential mobile home parks. The Solero model built by Alhambra homes is a great example. It is the only home to use the Suite EFECT™ system between the master bedroom and the bathroom.
The floor plan for that home is also perfect for an @ll Timber lodge as well. As it is our design we can use it for both Park Lodge Homes and Timber Lodges.
The Timber Lodge will be the same inside of course but will look very different on the outside. The timber lodge version is “The Murcia”. Like the Solero it will be 11m x 4m in size.
The first big change in the timber building is that there will be the French Doors to the front. Inside it will not have the Suite EFECT™ system. This is because you cannot have sliding doors built into solid walls.
The Murcia will also have the same German manufactured double glazed windows. The picture below shows what it is like before we treat the timber.
We treat the outside of the home first with fire retardant (two coats). We are then ready for the next coat, a wood preservative in a choice of 15 tints.
Inside we then add the electrics and plumbing. Below is the natural colour with a transparent fire retardant coating. You can also change the end windows to French Doors free of charge as well.
What to expect:
The Murcia single unit timber lodge will also come with a triple aircon unit fitted. Each unit has a remote control and is standard in all residential lodges.
Inside the bathroom is a heated towel rail. In the lounge there is also a coal effect electric fire for the winter evenings.
Inside there will be two bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area as already seen inside the Solero. The Murcia will come fully furnished with a combination hob and oven. A 70/30 fridge freezer and a stand alone microwave.
What it all costs:
The Murcia 11m x 4.5m standard timber lodge is only 17,900.00 Euros delivered on site ready for construction. This converts to 15,793.48 GBP at todays exchange rate. This is a shell build only at this stage before turning it into a luxury residential lodge.
